​Richard is responsible for all new business development and broker relationships, as well as the sales and marketing of Ortus Underwriting. He began his insurance career at 18, working in a high street insurance brokers, before moving into commercial insurance. He worked his way up to becoming corporate development manager and now leads the Sales and Marketing function at Ortus Underwriting. 

Richard is passionate about football and is a loyal supporter of Manchester City FC. When he isn’t working, he loves spending anytime he can with his fiancée and new-born baby boy.
