Kelly is from Essex and has worked in the industry for 14 years, beginning her career in credit control before moving into underwriting PA and Travel insurance for the past 11 years. Now in a new role of Operations Manager, her main responsibilities include looking after all the finance control, agency/administration and team management of the overall business of Ortus Underwriting. 

A busy mum, Kelly enjoys spending time with her five year old son and husband, loves going to the gym and is a keen netball player.
