With a degree in Financial Maths, Adam's role as Director of Underwriting involves managing relationships with brokers, dealing with new business and renewals and creating bespoke quotes, ensuring an outstanding service for brokers. Adam’s early career began with handling teacher's accident and sickness supply schemes. From there, he went on to train as a junior underwriter in 2010. A key element of his daily work is spent developing new products, such as those tailored for the Sports, Locum, Theatre and TV & Film industry.

An avid traveller, Adam's favourite destinations include Vietnam, Cambodia, Argentina and Namibia. He’s also a keen wildlife photographer and enjoys regular trips to the theatre.
